Refund Policy

1. Introduction This Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing the refund process for the services ("Services") provided by [TAWHIDUL] ("Company"). By purchasing and utilizing our Services, you ("Customer") agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this.

 Policy.2.Scope of ServicesThe Services provided by the Company include, but are not limited to, the design, setup, assistance with writing sales pages and email copy, optimization, running ads, setting up autoresponders, and other related optimizations for webinar funnels.

3. Refund Eligibility Refunds may be issued to Customers who comply with the following eligibility criteria.
a. The Customer has not received the final deliverable.
b. The Customer has attended at least 20 sessions as part of the Services.
c. The Customer has conducted the webinar in accordance with the Company's instructions.
d. The Customer has made calls to prospects as directed by the Company.

4. Refund Request Window Refund requests must be submitted within sixty (60) days from the date of purchase of the Services. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Conditions for Refund The Customer must fulfill all of the following conditions to qualify for a refund
a. The Services must be incomplete, and the final deliverable must not have been provided.
b. The Customer must demonstrate compliance with all instructions provided by the Company, including but not limited to conducting webinars and making calls to prospects.
c. The Customer must not have utilized any custom add-ons or third-party services that are explicitly stated as non-refundable.

6. Exclusions Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances
a. The final deliverable has been provided to the Customer.
b. Custom add-ons and third-party costs incurred by the Company on behalf of the Customer are non-refundable.

7. Refund Request Procedure To request a refund, the Customer must contact the Company's support team at [hello@tawhidulkhan.in] and provide the following information
a. Proof of purchase.
b. A detailed reason for requesting the refund.

8. Processing Time The Company will review and process refund requests within ten (10) business days of receipt. Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

10. Additional Terms
a. The Company reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the criteria set forth in this Policy.
b. Handling fees may apply for processing refunds, and such fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
c. This Policy is subject to change at the discretion of the Company, and any amendments will be communicated to the Customer via the Company's official communication channels.

By purchasing and using the Services, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Refund Policy.
